can i change my Belly Button Ring?
i got my belly button pierced on june 17th i think (around there) and its been a month now, so can i change the ring? the condition of it is pretty good - there are crusties which means that its still healing, and i clean it everyday and do a sea salt soak. this ring i want to buy is the same material, surgical steel... but it's from claire's and i don't even know if i should trust that store ahah , any good advice?
Your piercing could still have almost a year to heal completely. It is not ready to be changed at this point in time. I hope your piercer went over this with you.
And if you have doubts about the Claire's barbell, go have it autoclaved [sterilized] at a tattoo/piercing shop

Ear Jewellery Steel Ear Plug and the Metal to be Used

It attaches to the ear by pinching the ear or the helix. Although it is also widely used, it causes the ear to redden from the pinching. Magnetic earrings also simulate stud earrings. With the use of a magnetic back, it attaches to the ear due to magnetic force.

- Stick on earrings have adhesive backs which stick to the ear lobe.
- Clip-on earrings that can also be worn as a naval ring.
- Spring hoops stick to the ear by means of a spring force.
- Ear cuffs are curved metal bands that press against the ear.
