I am planning to propose to my girlfriend soon ... who happens to be a dentist. Therefore, she has to where tight latex/nitrile gloves the entire day when she works. I am a little concerned about the type of engagement ring to chose. I like the look of a solitaire ring, but I am afraid it will tear the glove. Does anyone have any experience with wearing similar rings with surgical gloves? Is there a different type of setting of ring I should be looking at for her situation? or ... do most people take their rings off when having to use these gloves? Thank you for your feedback!!!!
To make things more difficult ... I have never seen her wear a ring. I have always thought that was because of her trade.
