Which wedding ring should I chose?

I am in the process of choosing my wedding ring for my wedding in a few months but cannot decide which to get. I like the plain yellow gold ones but wear white gold all the time. Can you mix the 2? If I buy a white gold ring how can I stop it discolouring as all white gold I have had in the past only lasts a few years before it goes a horrible colour? any advise would be gratefully received?

White gold is rhodium plated to give it that bright white colour. The gold underneath is what you are seeing after a few years wear. Take it to your jeweller and tell then you want it re dipped, it only costs $15 or so, many jewellers do it free if you bought the ring from them.
If you wear white gold all the time then I suggest you stick to the white gold.
