
How can I clean my belly button piercing?
I don’t have rubbing alcohol or anything and I really have to clean it.
Is there anyway to make a homemade cleaner?

I got it done, maybe a month ago. It was fine, but its seems to be getting infected, :/ Help?
I had mine pierced last year, and from experience I can tell you to NEVER use rubbing alcohol, peroxides, or any other strong cleanser. While they do destroy any bacteria and keep the piercing clean, they also destroy the new skin cells being formed to heal it.
I’d clean it with a saline solution (salt & water). I think you can find saline cleansing solutions in some drugstores, but it’s easy to make too…just mix together salt and water. Sea salt works the best, but if you don’t have any lying around, regular salt is fine too. Make the solution, dip in a cotton ball or cotton swab, and gently clean the piercing. Try for three times a day, but if that’s hard, definitely in the morning and evening.
If you start to notice anything that doesn’t seem normal, like extreme inflammation, go to the closest drugstore and ask a pharmacist there for what they recommend. Good luck, and congrats

The dangers of Belly Fat
Belly fat also known as Central Obesity is the excess accumulation of fat deposits in the abdomen area which causes the abdomen to protrude. There are two types of belly fat. Excess insulin also raises the level of bad cholesterol and decreases the level of good cholesterol which could lead to heart attacks. Additionally, the high insulin levels in the body leads to diabetes and may also facilitate the growth of certain types of cancer such as colon cancer.
In order to get rid of belly fat, you need to consume fewer calories than your body needs. This allows your body to use up your excess body fat for energy. Consuming fewer calories than your body needs means changing your eating habits. This is essential to lose belly fat and involves eating the correct foods in the right proportions. Replacing sugary and high calorie foods with fruits, vegetables, protein and foods rich in fiber such as oatmeal and flaxseed will help you to lose your belly fat.
You also need to take steps to increase your metabolism in order to burn off the extra fat. The best way to increase your metabolism is through exercise. You need to exercise for about 30 minutes at least 4 times a week. Adding weight lifting to your exercise routine is also a great way to boost your metabolism. Weight lifting increases muscle. The more muscle that you have, the more calories your body needs to burn to maintain those muscles.
Abdominal exercises such as sit-ups will help to firm and strengthen your abdominal muscles. However, abdominal exercises will not burn off your belly fat. Cardio exercises and weight training are the exercises that will burn the belly fat. When your excess belly fat is burned off, that is when you will see your abdominal muscles or abs.
